Southwest Behavioral Health Center is a regional drug and alcohol rehab and behavioral health provider in St. George, Utah offering a full continuum of substance use and mental health services for youth and adults.
The Washington County office provides outpatient and intensive outpatient care, day treatment and social detox, dual diagnosis support and connections to residential treatment through Horizon House.

Treatment often begins with a clinical evaluation or court approved assessment to determine the right level of care, which may include social detox, residential treatment or outpatient services.
Clients can step into day treatment, intensive outpatient programming or continuing care groups based on individual needs.
Programs draw on cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing and EMDR, Seeking Safety and medication assisted treatment.
Dual diagnosis groups and peer support, relapse prevention and family participation help clients address both addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions.
