Lutheran Family Services Health 360 Integrated Care Clinic is a substance use and mental health treatment center in Lincoln, Nebraska offering coordinated behavioral health and primary care in one setting.

Substance Use Treatment Programs at Health 360

Treatment begins with a comprehensive substance use disorder evaluation to assess needs and recommend the appropriate level of care. Adults can access level one outpatient therapy which is up to nine hours per week in client or group formats.

Level 2.1 intensive outpatient programming includes three group sessions for three hours per week plus client or family counseling for approximately six to eight weeks.

Medication Assisted Treatment and Services

The clinic also offers medication assisted treatment evaluated and managed by an advanced practice registered nurse pairing  medications with counseling and behavioral therapies for opioid, alcohol, and tobacco use disorders.

Peer support, relapse prevention, and ongoing medication management for co-occurring mental health conditions are integrated into every client's recovery plan.
