About Living Free Recovery Services
Living Free Recovery Services is a faith-based, outpatient substance use treatment program licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
The program treats alcohol and drug addictions, supports co-occurring mental health conditions and serves adults through group sessions, individual counseling and family therapy.
Living Free is committed to offering hope and unconditional love to individuals and families impacted by substance use, guiding clients toward lifelong freedom and their full potential.
Faith-Based Addiction Recovery
Faith-based outpatient care is at the heart of Living Free integrating spiritual growth with evidence-informed addiction treatment.
The program begins with a comprehensive assessment lasting one to two hours after which most clients can start treatment within one to three days.
Rather than the traditional 12-step model Living Free uses a unique philosophy blending cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and biblical principles.
Sessions address the root causes of substance use while helping clients rebuild, recover and renew their lives through personalized care.
Peer Support and Family Involvement
Living Free also offers peer-led support groups, including its Real Life Recovery group, which provides weekly family support and a Christian version of the 12 steps.
Families can take part in quarterly family nights and the program includes a specialized track for individuals in the criminal justice system, such as DUI and DWI offenders.
