About Liberty Health Services

Liberty Health Services is a drug and alcohol detox and rehab facility in Derry, New Hampshire that provides medically monitored detox which is a 28 day residential program and also offers intensive outpatient care and aftercare.

Treatment is available to adults with substance use and dual mental health conditions. Its continuum includes counseling and 12 step facilitation and includes MAT with Suboxone and Subutex as well as holistic therapies.

They are one of the few tier one medical detox providers in the state.

Tier One Detox and Private Rooms

Liberty Health Services is one of the only tier one medical detox facilities in New Hampshire and offers a 24 client capacity that is purposefully capped. Their goal is a low client-to-staff ratio.

Clients receive daily one-on-one therapy which is uncommon in larger residential settings where client sessions typically occur weekly and have available detox services that cover alcohol and opioids in addition to benzodiazepines and methamphetamines and other substances.

Liberty in Derry fits a client who needs medical availability during withdrawal. Some clients may also prefer their private rooms, chef prepared meals, and the secluded wooded setting.

Expedited Admissions and Payment Options

Admissions respond to web inquiries within 15 to 30 minutes and they are staffed from 6:00 AM to midnight daily which is important during the narrow window when a client critically needs to enter detox.

Liberty Health Services serves New Hampshire residents and the broader New England area. They accept most commercial insurance including Tricare and Unicare.

Detox
Once withdrawal eases in New Hampshire, detox has done its main job and treatment can move forward. This first step matters, but ongoing care carries the work much further along.
Inpatient / residential
Inpatient treatment is built for people with higher needs than home life can meet. It offers a setting where support and structure are always close at hand.
Outpatient
Outpatient care in New Hampshire sits at the lighter end of treatment, with a smaller weekly schedule and more freedom between visits.
