For clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, Libertas provides integrated dual-diagnosis care with individual counseling and care coordination.

The Libertas Model of Care invites loved ones into the recovery process when identified by the patient, strengthening support systems through family education and counseling.

Libertas has virtual visits available for many programs, plus referral connections to inpatient, residential and sober living resources when needed.
