Launch Centers is an outpatient addiction treatment and mental health program in Los Angeles, California, offering specialized care for young adults navigating substance use, dual diagnosis and life transitions.

The program provides a continuum of outpatient services, including Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and virtual IOP, along with step-down outpatient care.

Young Adult Treatment Programs and Step Down Care

Care typically begins with a clinical assessment to determine the appropriate level of support, which may start at the PHP level for clients stepping down from residential care or needing higher structure.

From there, clients can transition into IOP and traditional outpatient services, with the full program often spanning 4 months to a year.

Clients can expect individualized treatment planning using CBT, DBT, EMDR and trauma informed care, along with medication management, MAT, family therapy and case management.

The program also integrates educational coaching, vocational support, and life-skills training to promote long-term independence.
