The Heights Treatment provides an Individualized Intensive Program, Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient, standard outpatient services, and aftercare support.
Treatment plans may include counseling utilizing CBT and DBT as well as EMDR and medication management. Expressive and holistic therapies include art therapy and equine therapy, trauma informed yoga, neurofeedback, and meditation.
Who can get help here?
The program serves adults, executives, and professionals who are working through alcohol, opioid, stimulant, or benzodiazepine use as well as process addictions such as gambling or gaming.
Co-occurring conditions like trauma and PTSD, anxiety and depression, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder are also addressed.
