You will have the opportunity to use onsite recreational facilities. Yoga, meditation, wellness lessons and walking trails are therapeutic ways to relieve stress. Vaping and smoking are allowed in designated areas.
Group counseling allows clients to share, receive feedback and provide encouragement. Patients are introduced to the 12 Steps and are encouraged to participate in Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous or Cocaine Anonymous.
Your family will be able to participate in your recovery through lectures and group discussions. Here they will learn about the disease of substance use and how it impacts them. They will also learn how to support you in your recovery.
Your case manager will be in charge of your mobile phone. You will have allotted hours to email, text, call, and FaceTime family and friends. After treatment is completed, you will be referred to the Kirkland Outpatient facility for outpatient treatment.
