There’s virtual medical detox from home, partial hospitalization in Washington, D.C., and intensive outpatient at 3 to 4 sessions a week, typically 9 to 12 hours. Standard outpatient uses flexible weekly sessions. Individual therapy and group work come with ongoing clinical support. Continuing care is two hours of group therapy every week. You can come in person, or there’s telehealth across the region.
