Detox

If withdrawal symptoms feel too hard to face alone, detox offers a safer way through them. The goal is getting through withdrawal safely before treatment begins.

Outpatient

Outpatient sessions give people room for individual counseling, group therapy, and relapse-prevention skills. What gets practiced there carries into the rest of the week and daily life.

Aftercare support

Ongoing outpatient sessions, peer groups, alumni contact where offered, and sober living referrals are common aftercare options in Oklahoma.

Co-occurring disorders

People managing both a substance use disorder and a mental health condition receive care that treats the two in step with each other. Neither one waits for the other to be finished.
