JADE Wellness Center Southside

JADE Wellness Center is an outpatient provider, and its levels of care form a ladder. Intensive outpatient meets in morning, afternoon or evening groups of three hours, three days a week, with an all-virtual track alongside. A day treatment program runs four to five days per week, step-down outpatient groups meet two hours weekly and aftercare continues bi-weekly or monthly.

Treatment draws on cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and person-centered techniques. Family therapy is also available, offered in both an individual and a group setting.

Three days a week. Each intensive outpatient session is a three-hour group, offered in morning, afternoon and evening time slots. The step-down outpatient level is lighter at two hours per week, while the day treatment program asks for four to five days.

Adults, adolescents and families dealing with substance use disorders. The outpatient options are described as individualized and flexible, so treatment can fit the person rather than the other way around.

Yes. Aetna, Cigna, UPMC and Highmark are in-network, along with BlueCross BlueShield and the Medicaid plans serving Allegheny and Westmoreland counties. Self-pay is accepted too, plus income-based funding options for Allegheny County residents.
