Family Resources Headquarters Uptown is a trauma informed counseling and behavioral health provider in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania offering outpatient services rooted in a nonprofit mission of child abuse prevention and intervention with healing.

What is counseling like?
Clients can choose in-person or telehealth sessions tailored to their needs. PCIT takes place in a playroom where the therapist observes through a one-way mirror and coaches parents through an earpiece to strengthen the parent-child bond.
