The Insight Program Charlotte

Charlotte, North Carolina, has many addiction treatment centers, but few are built just for young people. Located near the scenic Piedmont region, Insight Program Charlotte fills that gap. They offer a private outpatient drug and alcohol treatment program for teens and young adults ages 13 to 25.

Services include free drug and alcohol evaluations, an intensive outpatient program (IOP) and 12 Step groups. They also hold weekend sober social events to help young people connect with others in recovery. While they don’t offer residential treatment in Charlotte, inpatient services are available at their locations in Arizona and Georgia.

A Different Take on Staying Sober

They call their 12 Step program Enthusiastic Sobriety, flipping the script on traditional recovery. Instead of focusing on what’s wrong it builds on fun, friendship and accountability in a space where you actually want to show up.

Young adults know something needs to change but often feel disconnected in adult treatment groups. You’ll have a space to figure things out with people your age, learn how to stay sober and build a life that doesn’t revolve around drugs or alcohol.
