About Indian Rivers Mental Health Center – Reform Street
Indian Rivers Mental Health Center - Reform street, located in Carrollton, Alabama, is for those who struggle with opioid addiction, co-occurring disorders and alcohol addiction. Their continuum of care includes women’s inpatient, women’s outpatient, and co-ed outpatient treatment. Drug court programming is also provided. Individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and educational classes are offered. Those with dual diagnosis will be offered mental health treatment and addiction treatment concurrently to provide a greater sense of well-being and to create a higher level of success with treatment.
