About Imperial Healing Estate
Imperial Healing Estate is a residential treatment center in Provo, Utah, specializing in trauma informed care for adolescent girls ages 12 to 18 years. The program offers residential treatment and day treatment (partial hospitalization) in a secured, 16 bed, home like setting that integrates clinical therapy, medical support, academics and life skills.

Residential Treatment and Partial Hospitalization Programs
Imperial Healing Estate provides residential treatment (RTC) and a day treatment PHP program for teen girls. The residential program offers 24/7 support in a small, secured house, while day treatment runs Monday through Friday and serves as a step down from residential or a higher level of care for teens living at home.
Who Can Get Help Here?
The center serves adolescent girls ages 12 to 18 years with significant mental health needs, including trauma history, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation and co occurring substance use disorders. Programming is also tailored for teens with histories of sexual abuse and those who identify as LGBTQ+.
What Therapies Are Available?
Treatment includes dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma focused therapy, family systems therapy and experiential approaches such as equine therapy, trauma yoga and music and art therapy. Weekly family therapy and medication management are integrated into the program.
Imperial Healing Estate is located at 4194 N Imperial Way in Provo, Utah, in a residential neighborhood setting, with access to nature and outdoor spaces. The program accepts most commercial insurance plans, including Aetna, Beacon, UnitedHealthcare, SelectHealth, BlueCross BlueShield, University of Utah Health Plans and TRICARE. Private pay options are also available.
