HealthEast Mental Health and Addiction Services offers comprehensive intensive outpatient addiction treatment in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Located on the M Health Fairview St. Joseph's Campus the program also delivers a broader continuum that includes detox with inpatient and outpatient care. The goal is to help adults build a strong foundation for long term recovery through a whole person multidisciplinary approach.
Medication Assisted Treatment for Opioid Use
The adult substance use disorder intensive outpatient program serves clients with addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions, offering both day and evening tracks for flexible scheduling.
Embedded within a larger hospital and behavioral health campus, the program is well suited for clients who need integrated dual diagnosis support alongside medical and psychiatric expertise.
Clients can expect a structured mix of client therapy and group counseling guided by evidence based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing using the Matrix Model, relapse prevention, and medication management.
Medication assisted treatment for opioid use disorder including methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone is available as clinically necessary.
Additional Services and Telemedicine
Beyond IOP the facility provides detox and inpatient addiction treatment as well as standard outpatient care and integrated mental health services. Telemedicine access is available on site to connect clients with providers across the system.
