Dual Diagnosis Care on Your Timeline in Newberg
Newberg is a small town with a vibrant downtown that’s a popular destination for residents and tourists. Newberg is 1.5 hours from the mountains and the shoreline. Either way, it’s a great area for exploring.
One nice thing about the treatment program is the individualized approach. Many clients have underlying mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, or post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and the program emphasizes mental health in addition to addiction treatment.
This dual diagnosis care is offered in the inpatient and outpatient programs, so you can fit treatment into the timeline that works best for you. You can choose between the general outpatient (OP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and partial hospitalization (PHP) programs.
All outpatient groups include the unique co-occurring curriculum for simultaneous treatment of mental health symptoms. You’ll attend learning workshops, process groups, and individual counseling.
A New You in Newberg
The clinic integrates mental health and substance use care through an innovative approach developed by the foundation. Inpatient treatment includes detox, after which clients move to the daily inpatient routine. Medication assisted therapy (MAT) is also available.
The treatment team provides education, medical care, and mental health care. One of the nice things about the program is the holistic care that includes fitness, spirituality, and nutrition. Nutrition is important to your overall health, and good nutrition helps restore the body’s necessary vitamins and minerals that have been depleted through substance use.
