Harbel Prevention and Recovery Center is an outpatient addiction treatment and mental health counseling program in Baltimore, Maryland, serving adults and adolescents across the metropolitan area. Harbel also supports clients with court mandated needs through DUI/DWI programming and an Abuser Intervention Program, both offering drug testing and letters of completion. Peer support services, peer case management, continuing care and aftercare help clients build long-term recovery skills and maintain progress after formal treatment ends.
