About Harbel Prevention and Recovery Center
Harbel Community Organization is a drug and alcohol addiction treatment center and community services provider in Baltimore, Maryland. They provide intensive outpatient treatment (IOP), outpatient treatment, individual counseling, group counseling, DUI education, anger management, recovery support, case management, medication assisted treatment (MAT), relapse prevention, continuing care, and aftercare. Harbel Community Organization also has an emergency food program to help adults and families in need. They are accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care.
