Hamilton Center Terre Haute

Hamilton Center is a nonprofit behavioral health system and opioid treatment program headquartered in Terre Haute, Indiana that has served the Wabash Valley since 1971. The Vigo County campus offers residential and outpatient care.

Services include inpatient psychiatric care and residential treatment with outpatient addiction services that include MAT and recovery support. They accept Medicare and Medicaid.

A sliding fee scale provides financial assistance and they have a branded WIN Recovery opioid program whose fee structure and clinic design are built around daily walk-in accessibility.

WIN Recovery Methadone Program

WIN Recovery is Hamilton Center's state certified opioid treatment program. This is run in partnership with Sagamore Medical Recovery Services and it provides daily methadone, buprenorphine, or Suboxone with counseling and case management.

Priority admission is reserved for pregnant women and those who use intravenous drugs.

The economics are unusually transparent where uninsured patients pay $20 per day after a one time intake fee and the clinic has three medication dose stations and separate rooms for drug screens as well as an exam room and counseling space.

Licensed Levels of Treatment

The Terre Haute location includes an adult psychiatric inpatient unit.
