About Forever Wellness and Recovery
Forever Wellness and Recovery is an outpatient addiction treatment provider in Shreveport, Louisiana that provides flexible programs for adults 18 and older navigating substance use and related behavioral health challenges. The center includes services in person and virtually to fit work and family schedules. Clients may benefit from individualized treatment planning, structured group placement and specialized programming for court-referred individuals.
Intensive Programming
The center offers Intensive Outpatient Programs and outpatient therapy for substance use disorders, with virtual programs scheduled 3 days per week, 3 hours per day over a minimum of 8 weeks. Individual, group, family and couples counseling are available, alongside DUI education and domestic violence intervention programs that can also be completed virtually.
Forever Wellness and Recovery welcomes individuals referred by judges or probation and those needing court-related education or domestic violence programming. Initial assessments help match clients to the right group or class for their unique needs.
Flexible Scheduling for Your Life
Forever Wellness and Recovery serves clients across Louisiana. Services are offered in-person at the Shreveport office and virtually, with morning and evening telehealth options that clients can join from home for greater flexibility and access.
The center accepts Medicaid and is in-network with all major commercial insurance companies. Sliding scale fees are available on an individual basis for clients without insurance.
