Since BHG may use methadone or suboxone to help support your treatment and recovery. Suboxone is able to be prescribed through a therapy session if needed. For methadone, you’ll receive take-home privileges after you enter the stabilization phase.
While in group and individual counseling sessions, you’ll engage in cognitive behavioral therapy and learn how to navigate addiction triggers. You’ll also learn how to manage stress and communicate in a healthy way.
In addition to psychotherapy, BHG offers parenting classes, family therapy, medical services, legal support and vocational rehabilitation as a part of treatment.
