Flexible Treatment for Your Schedule
Team East offers a full spectrum of outpatient behavioral health services, including individual, family and group therapy for depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, and substance use disorders. The 24-hour Community Mental Health (CMH) program provides around-the-clock access to assessment, treatment planning and crisis support, ensuring clients can begin care when they need it most.
Wraparound Care
Psychiatry services include diagnostic evaluation, medication management and ongoing monitoring by psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses. The Children, Teens and Families program serves ages 5 to 17 with research-based interventions for behavioral and emotional concerns, plus case management support for school IEP assistance, parenting strategies and peer or family engagement.
This wraparound care supports sustained recovery by addressing past events that may have led to substance use and developing healthier coping skills, relapse prevention methods and recognizing triggers. The program accepts Medicaid, Medicare, most major insurance plans and offers a sliding fee scale based on income.
