Crossroads Turning Points

Crossroads Turning Points is a drug and alcohol rehab and opioid treatment program on East 13th Street in Pueblo, Colorado. They're operating as part of a nonprofit network that has served southern Colorado since 1979.

They'll give you withdrawal management, residential and outpatient care, methadone and other MAT medications, counseling. You can get telehealth.

They'll accept Medicaid, TRICARE and self pay accepted.

They're focused on men's residential and justice system services. They're also an onsite methadone clinic.

Residential Treatment and Methadone for Men

They have a mens residential unit, offender services, DUI programming and a methadone clinic.

The methadone clinic runs structured dispensing hours Monday through Saturday from 5:30am to 11:00am. You can get urinalysis collection until 5:00pm on weekdays.

They have dorm style rooms with shared bathrooms. They'll give you a working environment instead of a retreat style setting.

Sliding Scale and Medicaid Access

They're a nonprofit with FQHC and CARF accreditation. They're focused on serving southern Colorado residents regardless of finances. You may qualify for discounted fees based on family size and income. They'll accept Medicaid, federal funding and self pay.

They're serving Pueblo and twenty two counties across southern Colorado.
