Concerted Care Group Central Baltimore is an integrated behavioral health and addiction treatment center in Baltimore, Maryland, offering outpatient services under one roof. Addiction Treatment with Concerted Care Group Central Baltimore
The center provides medication assisted treatment combining FDA-approved medications (methadone, buprenorphine/Suboxone and Vivitrol/naltrexone) with counseling and behavioral therapies. Individual therapy, group therapy focusing on coping skills and relapse prevention and trauma-informed care are delivered alongside psychiatric services to address mental health and substance use together.
Adolescent and Adult Care
Concerted Care Group Central Baltimore serves adults (18+) with opioid use disorder, alcohol use disorder and other substance use challenges, as well as co-occurring mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD and bipolar disorder. Individual and family therapy are also available for adolescents.

The clinic is at 428 E. 25th Street in Baltimore, at the corner of 25th Street and Greenmount Avenue. Hours are Monday through Friday, 5 am to 3 pm, and Saturday, 7 am to 11 am.
The program accepts Medicaid, Medicare and self-pay.
