About Granite Wellness Center Hope House Womens Residential
Granite Wellness Center's Hope House is a women's residential treatment program located on the nonprofit's Grass Valley campus, serving individuals recovering from substance use across Northern California.
The program supports women navigating addiction alongside co-occurring concerns like anxiety, depression and trauma, grief and parenting struggles.
Rooted in whole person, family inclusive care, Hope House offers a welcoming space where mothers can heal without leaving their children behind.
Family Centered Women's Recovery
Hope House provides gender specific residential treatment where women can bring children ages 0 to 12 to stay with them during care.
Operating 24/7 with lengths of stay up to 90 days, the program aligns with DHCS 3.1 and 3.5 levels of care and includes on site child care from trained staff.
Treatment combines counseling, education groups and individual psychotherapy when appropriate, along with case management and health services.
Sessions address underlying issues such as trauma, relationship struggles and parenting concerns, while recreation, exercise and reunification support help build a foundation for lasting recovery.
A Connected Continuum of Care
Beyond residential treatment, Granite Wellness offers detox, medication assisted treatment with options like buprenorphine and naltrexone, outpatient services and virtual care.
This integrated network means women can transition smoothly between levels of support as their recovery evolves.
