About Cirque Lodge Facility
Cirque Lodge is located in the mountains of Sundance, Utah and it’s easily one of the most luxurious and immersive addiction treatment centers I’ve researched. It’s surrounded by nature and offers a peaceful and high end environment that feels like a retreat.
They offer plenty of different therapy options and even gender-specific treatment. They have a women’s rehab that caters to the specific needs of women. They also approach things in a way that takes your trauma into account.
Experiential Therapy
What really makes them stand out is their focus on experiential therapy. They incorporate activities like equine therapy, hiking, art therapy and even a ropes course. They offer a helicopter ride over the Rocky Mountains, which is something I’ve never seen a rehab center offer before.
Their treatment approach combines the 12-step model with cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy. They also offer dual diagnosis treatment for co-occurring mental health conditions if that’s something that’s getting in the way of your recovery.
Family Week to Build Your Support System
Family involvement is a key part of their program. They host a four-day Family Week every three weeks, which includes group therapy, individual sessions, and experiential workshops to address things like codependency and it helps bring support to the entire family.
Upscale Accommodations and Amenities
The accommodations are very impressive too, featuring private rooms with jetted tubs and large windows for viewing all the wildlife that’s right outside. Some of their amenities include a yoga studio, a fitness center, a massage room, and organic gardens. They also provide nutritious meals prepared by an on-site chef.
