Cherry Street Health Center offers outpatient substance use treatment for alcohol, tobacco and marijuana, opiates and other substances through 45 to 60 minute one on one sessions with credentialed therapists. The center also provides medications for opioid use disorder in a primary care setting with options including Suboxone and Vivitrol, paired with medication management, individual therapy and recovery coaching.
Treatment is grounded in evidence based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, helping patients address the root causes of substance use while building practical coping skills. The integrated model allows patients to access medical care, behavioral health support and substance use treatment within the same system to reduce stigma and simplify the path to recovery.
