If you're caucasian, you'll probably have a fine experience here. If you're a person of color, not so much. The staff reeks of privilege, wearing designer Balenciaga sneakers and providing tone-deaf comments, only acknowledging designer name items they pull from your bag. Any resistance I had was presented with tension, a look of perceived fear and lack of empathy people of color know all too well. I'm assuming this review will be met with "the patient is overreacting
