Ard́u Recovery Center is a residential drug and alcohol rehab for adults in Provo, Utah. They specialize in evidence-based holistic therapies that support clients’ psychological, emotional, social, physical, and spiritual recovery. Their primary treatment modalities include intensive psychotherapy drawing on proven modalities including CBT, RBT, DBT, and motivational enhancement. Complementary therapies include nature and adventure therapy, meditation and mindfulness, sand tray therapy, and narrative exposure therapy. They are state licensed and CARF accredited. Private insurance and self-pay are accepted. Scholarships are available.
