About APT Foundation
APT Foundation is a nonprofit addiction treatment and behavioral health provider in New Haven, Connecticut offering substance use treatment and mental health care, primary care and vocational services.

Walk Ins Welcome
Many clients begin through walk in evaluations offered six days a week, with same day entry frequently available.
From there, individuals can access outpatient substance use treatment or intensive outpatient programming that includes group therapy, individual counseling and psychiatric consultation each week.
Treatment integrates medication assisted treatment, medication management and evidence based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and motivational interviewing.
Trauma informed care, relapse prevention and family and couples therapy support clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions.
