Aphesis House is a faith-based recovery residence in Madison, Tennessee providing safe and supportive sober living for men in recovery from addiction, with a special focus on those reentering the community after incarceration.
The program combines structured residential housing with case management, mental health support, relapse prevention and life-skills development to address co-occurring needs.
Rooted in Christian values, Aphesis House helps men break cycles of addiction, homelessness and recidivism through stability, accountability and community.
Reentry-Focused Sober Living for Men
Aphesis House offers reentry support for formerly incarcerated men working toward long-term sobriety.
The core 90-day residential program offers a stable, family-like environment with the option to extend based on collaboration with the treatment team.
Residents receive weekly one-on-one case management, access to medication and mental health services and relapse prevention support.
Each man is required to attend at least one outside recovery meeting or religious service per week, reinforcing connection to a broader sober community while building daily accountability.
Life Skills and Reintegration
Beyond sobriety, Aphesis House equips residents with practical tools for independent living, including employment readiness, ID and documentation assistance, financial literacy, budgeting, credit repair and housing guidance.
This whole-person model is designed to help men rebuild stability and confidence as they transition back into the community.
The program accepts self-pay and private insurance options, with structured program and rent fees outlined during admission.
