What kinds of addiction treatment are offered?
Gateway to Sobriety provides a 90 day residential program with a structured daily schedule from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. along with intensive outpatient and continuing care.
Therapeutic approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing using the Matrix Model, trauma focused counseling, 12 step facilitation, and medication assisted treatment when clinically appropriate.
Who can get help here?
The center serves adults including those with co-occurring mental health conditions or co-occurring pain and substance use disorders. Spanish language services are also available helping make care more accessible to the local Houston community.

The facility is located on Park Place Boulevard in Houston in a centrally positioned area accessible by major highways and public transportation. Telehealth therapy options are also offered for added flexibility.
