About Adult & Teen Challenge of New Mexico
Adult & Teen Challenge of New Mexico is an addiction treatment center in Tijeras, New Mexico. It's a residential program for men only, 18 and older.
Medical detox isn't offered so you'll need to finish detox before you can be admitted to the program.
Voluntary Stay in Tijeras
Adult & Teen Challenge of New Mexico isn't a lockdown, and the stay in Tijeras is voluntary. The stay helps take men out of the pressures and influences of daily life.
Telehealth counseling covers group and one to one sessions, so men can receive that care without an in person visit.
Morning and evening hours are for the Men's Outpatient Addiction Treatment program only, not the residential stay. An evening session can fall outside the workday, to fit a busy schedule.
Sermons, Bible study and job training are part of the year long Christian program. Courts have let men spend time in the program rather than in jail.
