Limen House-Men’s

Limen Recovery + Wellness in Wilmington, Delaware, has been providing substance use treatment services since 1969. They run sober living homes, a community center and an inpatient treatment facility. This center is a community hub in the Quaker Hills neighborhood for those in recovery. The facility has a commercial kitchen and a multi-purpose room.

They work to provide access to mental health and substance use care for uninsured and underserved populations. They provide outreach to minority communities, LGBTQ communities and rural communities in Delaware.

Community-Based Support

I appreciate that Limen Recover + Wellness has created partnerships with companies and foundations to provide clients all the opportunities they need for long-term recovery. These ancillary services are provided through community and social service agencies to help clients find wraparound support.

They host programs with their partner organizations and offer programming that target the spiritual, physical, vocational and intellectual needs of community members. Alumni meetings are also hosted at this center once a month.
