About The Turning Point of South Carolina
The Turning Point of South Carolina provides substance abuse treatment for men. The Greenville, South Carolina facility has 175 beds and offers residential care in a comfortable environment for healing.
Phases of Recovery
The staff at The Turning Point believes in providing support without obstacles. Guests live with others in recovery who share the goal of long-term sobriety. Residents have a phased recovery program that takes them through assessments and finding a sponsor, to working through steps four and five of Alcoholics Anonymous.
They perform community service every week and maintain full-time employment during the second phase. The last phase includes attending meetings five days each week and reducing program fees. Clients will enjoy more freedom while gaining independence and remain substance-free.
Structure and Routine Requirements
The Turning Point requires a commitment of 90 days from guests. They adhere to a standard of honesty and respect for everyone. Random drug screens are included in the program to ensure you are following the rules.
They expect active participation in the program to help you gain the most benefit. Your sponsor will help with the 12 Step principles and you will have a home group that shares your progress and encourages continued recovery.
