About Tellurian Chandras House of Hope
Chandra's House of Hope is a women's sober living home in Madison, Wisconsin operated by Tellurian Behavioral Health to support women in early recovery from substance use disorders.
This small, four bed residence provides a safe, structured and nurturing environment for women transitioning out of formal treatment.
The program emphasizes dignity, accountability and peer support as residents rebuild stability in recovery.
Sober Living Programs
Chandra's House of Hope offers women only sober living designed as a bridge between residential treatment and independent community living.
Admission is available to Tellurian patients who have completed a 30 day course of treatment and maintained a minimum of 30 days of sobriety.
Residents receive practical recovery supports built into the program, including connection to a mentor and urinalysis testing for accountability.
As part of Tellurian's broader continuum, women also gain access to recovery support, housing assistance and behavioral health services, including care for co-occurring mental health disorders.
