Intensive Outpatient Addiction Treatment
The core of Steppingstones' work is its Intensive Outpatient Program for substance use, structured as 30 three hour sessions across six weeks.
Morning and evening groups run five days a week, making it easier for working adults to commit to recovery without stepping away from daily responsibilities.
Sessions draw on cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, the Matrix Model and 12 step facilitation to build relapse prevention skills, coping strategies and stress management tools.
The program is backed by a relapse guarantee, offering a one week refresher at no charge for graduates who complete treatment and follow recommendations.
Family Support
Steppingstones integrates mental health treatment alongside addiction care, with psychiatric services available in person or via telehealth.
Free weekly aftercare for one year and an ongoing Family Workshop, also at no extra cost, help loved ones stay involved in the recovery journey.
Getting Started in Recovery
Steppingstones to Recovery operates from its custom built Augusta facility at Williamsburg Commons, with telehealth options for psychiatric appointments throughout Georgia.
Most major insurance plans are accepted including Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna, Cigna, Humana and United Healthcare, with self pay rates and Medicaid, sliding scale options and healthcare lending available.
