Stepping Stone Manor is a men’s halfway house run by Port Health. It’s located in Wilmington, North Carolina. This sober residence is comfortable and well equipped to feel like home. It’s located in a residential neighborhood. If you want to live here, you must be screened to make sure you’d be a good fit for the home. Men over 18 with a substance abuse diagnosis are eligible. House rules include attending 12-step meetings and counseling sessions. You'll also take part in random drug screens.
