Star Center is an outpatient substance use disorder treatment program in Detroit, Michigan specializing in opioid addiction recovery through medication assisted treatment and comprehensive counseling. Addiction Treatment Programs
Treatment begins with a thorough assessment to identify each client's substance use history, physical health and mental health concerns. Clients participate in individual counseling, individualized group therapy and peer recovery meetings such as Methadone Anonymous.
