Saint Leonard's House is a housing and supportive services program in Chicago serving formerly incarcerated men returning from Illinois prisons.

The residence integrates substance use counseling, mental health support, medical care and life-skills development to help residents stabilize and rebuild after incarceration.

Re-Entry Recovery Support

Saint Leonard's House specializes in re-entry support that pairs stable housing with onsite substance use counseling provided through Healthcare Alternative Systems.

The residence has decades of experience guiding men through the transition from incarceration to community life.

Residents access substance use counseling, case management and group activities designed to address recovery alongside the real-world challenges of re-entry.

Integrated Whole-Person Care

Through partnerships with Adler Community Health Services and RUSH, residents receive psychological counseling, group programming and physical health care on campus.

Mentoring, education, employment services and housing placement assistance round out a wraparound approach that treats recovery as part of full life rebuilding.

Saint Leonard's Ministries does not charge residents for housing or supportive services, removing financial barriers during re-entry.
