Outpatient Addiction Treatment
At the core of its services Three Rivers Youth delivers outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment for addiction.
Care begins with level-of-care assessments that help match each person to the right support followed by individual and group counseling sessions.
Sessions focus on building coping skills, preventing relapse and addressing the underlying factors behind substance use.
Drug and alcohol case management adds referrals, advocacy and retention support to help people stay connected to care and ancillary resources.
A Recovery Drop-In Center
Beyond clinical care Three Rivers Youth operates a non-clinical drop-in center for people in all stages of recovery.
Open five days a week, it offers recovery groups, skills workshops and a substance-free social setting supported by Certified Recovery Specialists.
The center also provides harm-reduction and basic-need resources including Narcan, drug testing kits and first aid supplies, to lower barriers to engagement.
