About Kerrville VA Medical Center
South Texas VA Health Care System–Kerrville VA Medical Center, in Kerrville, Texas, offers outpatient mental and behavioral health services for military personnel, veterans, and families. Dedicated programming is available for adolescents, young adults, seniors, homeless and indigent persons, LGBTQ+ persons, and persons with co-occurring disorders. Their services include telehealth care, screenings and assessments, personalized care planning, medication assisted treatment (MAT) for clients in opioid and/or alcohol recovery, and aftercare planning and support. They are accredited by CARF and The Joint Commision and accept private insurance, TRICARE, Medicare, Medicaid, per session payment, and self pay. Financial aid is available.
