As part of Behavioral Health Group's network the center combines FDA-approved medications, counseling and support services to treat opioid use disorder and co-occurring conditions.
Whether you are starting treatment, restarting care or transferring from another provider, BHG offers accessible, whole-patient recovery grounded in proven care.
Treatment for Opioid Recovery
BHG Savannah's core focus is medication-based outpatient treatment for opioid use disorder.
The center offers methadone treatment, buprenorphine (Suboxone) and extended-release buprenorphine options including Sublocade and Brixadi.
Care is overseen by a medical director who is board certified in both Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine.
Treatment pairs medication with counseling to address both physical dependence and the underlying drivers of addiction.
Patients may also benefit from medication and lab management, health assessments and urine drug screens.
Walk-ins are welcome and same-day or next-day appointments may be available for a fast start.
Peer Support and Recovery
Beyond medication BHG Savannah provides comprehensive recovery supports designed to help patients build lasting stability.
These include peer recovery support, case management, family counseling and telehealth options.
This layered approach helps address the practical and emotional challenges that often accompany recovery.
