Services Offered by the Health Center
The center promotes self care in clients by instilling the fact that the client has the responsibility of caring for him/herself. The center provides health, education, and health related services to residents of the Wind River Indian Reservation.
A fitness center named Z.O.N.E offers CrossFit workouts. Programs are offered for diabetes, eyeglasses, women’s wellness, Public Health Emergency Preparedness Program, and the Breast and Cervical Cancer Program. Residents of the reservation can receive assistance with transportation and food with their food bank distribution.

This community health center is part of a comprehensive service network for the Eastern Shoshone Tribe. If you are needing assistance with substance use issues and need services that they don’t provide, the center can refer you to a local behavioral health clinic.
