Treatment for Substance Use and Co-occurring Disorders
Basic Alcohol and Drug Education (BADE) treatment is at ASAM level 1. BADE holds group meetings once per week for eight weeks. Additional services are available as needed.
Intensive outpatient treatment and their Advanced Recovery Group are at ASAM level 2 with two tracks. The first track is standard for clients with substance use only. The second track is for substance use with co-occurring mental diagnosis.
The standard track meets three times per week for three hours. The co-occurring track includes individual and group sessions throughout the week for addictions and mental health recovery. Both tracks last 10 weeks followed by 33 weeks of continuing care.
Additional Services include a weekly check-in group for those on the intensive outpatient waitlist, medication management, assessment and possible prescription for co-occurring disorders. They also provide case management, individual or family therapy, and support services offered by peers who have completed treatment. Events are also available, such as a murder mystery dinner theater fundraiser for Valentine’s Day.
