I was attempting to enroll in your outpatient program. However I was spoken to in such a derogative manner that I had to hang up, I feel that just because I happen to be an addict doesn’t mean that it justifies your staff member calling me outside my given name. Although I am in distress I believe that GOD WILL guide me to an effective and respectful place that I can trust and find recovery. If this is how members graduate from your program, become unprofessional talking to addicts, it’s so sad!
