Family and Children's Services (FCS) Salvation Army Office is a downtown Tulsa behavioral health and social services provider serving adults with mental health, substance use and complex social needs.
The office offers screening and assessment, outpatient adult mental health care, homeless services, re-entry support for justice-involved individuals and community outreach.
As part of a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic network with more than a century of Tulsa roots, FCS takes a whole-person approach that welcomes clients regardless of ability to pay.
MAT with Behavioral Counseling
Medication assisted treatment for opioid use disorder is available through FCS and paired with behavioral counseling.
FCS provides integrated outpatient treatment for alcohol use, substance use, gambling, opioid use disorder and co-occurring mental health conditions.
Treatment includes individual and group counseling, education, family services, case management, crisis intervention, relapse prevention planning, and aftercare.
Care is individualized, helping clients address both substance use and the underlying mental health or life circumstances driving it.

The office is located in downtown Tulsa and is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with telehealth appointments available organization-wide.
FCS accepts Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP and Tricare, and offers discounted fees for those who qualify.
