Recovery Network of Programs Kinsella Treatment Center is CARF accredited and Department of Public Health licensed as an outpatient medication assisted treatment program serving Bridgeport, Connecticut and surrounding communities.
The center specializes in opioid use disorder care for adults combining methadone based treatment with counseling. Kinsella's team is dedicated to delivering compassionate and whole person recovery support that addresses not only addiction but the life circumstances surrounding it.
MAT for Opioid Use Disorder
Kinsella's core specialty is medication assisted treatment for opiate addiction offering methadone maintenance alongside structured detoxification tracks including a three month methadone detox and a six month ambulatory detox option.
Buprenorphine and naltrexone options, intensive outpatient care, and regular outpatient services round out the continuum.
Sessions blend prescribed medication with evidence based counseling approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, and the Matrix Model.
Whole Person Counseling and Co-Occurring Support
Beyond medication management Kinsella provides counseling focused on family and employment, health, and legal concerns plus trauma related care and anger management using 12 step facilitation.
The program serves pregnant and postpartum women, seniors, forensic clients, and clients with co-occurring disorders or HIV/AIDS and offers walk-in confidential HIV rapid testing along with Spanish and sign language access.
