Inpatient Treatment with Premium Amenities
Inpatient treatment programs include exercise and wellness activities, nutrition coaching, psychiatric care, and individual therapy. Dialectical behavior therapy is a flexible technique option that can be tailored to each individual client’s needs.
Immersive 12 step programming is incorporated into every patient’s treatment plan. It is initially introduced through interactive sessions including asking questions about the 12 steps, the first three steps, finding the right fit or group to join, sponsorship and making connections, and building healthy relationships.
Medication management is at the discretion of each client. This is used to manage withdrawal symptoms during detox and/or maintaining sobriety.
Residential patients have access to a fitness center, chef-prepared meals, and creative arts as well as mindfulness and meditation, ping pong, basketball and yoga.
Outpatient Treatment Options for Ongoing Recovery
There are several outpatient treatments offered here too, either as an alternative to inpatient rehab or as a step down after your residential program. Their most comprehensive outpatient option is the partial hospitalization program followed by their intensive outpatient program. The IOP has groups available in either the daytime or the evening.
Another option after inpatient treatment is Recovery Living which promotes sobriety in a structured living environment short term. Transportation services to and from appointments can be included in the cost of the patient’s treatment. Therapy is offered in-person or virtually using telehealth.
