Comprehensive Outpatient and MAT
Phoenix Center's adult outpatient program is the cornerstone of its treatment offerings, with day and evening hours and walk in assessments available Monday through Thursday.
Services are delivered by trained, credentialed professionals using ASAM criteria to guide individualized care planning.
Treatment includes individual, group and family sessions incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and relapse prevention, the Matrix Model and 12 step facilitation.
The MAT program addresses opioid and alcohol use disorders using Suboxone, Subutex and Vivitrol alongside required outpatient counseling. Clients consistently describe staff as helpful, insightful and supportive throughout the process.

Serenity Place is Phoenix Center's residential program designed specifically for pregnant women, young mothers and their preschool age children, with space for 16 women and up to two children per resident.
This family centered model emphasizes recovery alongside parenting skills, child development and long term family self sufficiency, offering a unique path to healing for mothers in early recovery.
